Amercan Express / Don't leave home without it

An indispensable part of today's life is a credit card. It's no joke trying to order tickets for the theatre without your American Express card, if like me you have cancelled it. Just ordering some clothes over the Internet wasn't possible and how basic is that in today's world. Not that many years ago, people preferred cash to credit, but not now.

All across the country and the world, people are using their Visa, MasterCard card, or American Express credit card to make purchases with money that they do not have of goods which they may not need. Your American Express card may be convenient but there is a heavy penalty for buying now and paying later. Credit card debt is mounting everywhere. One of the largest problems facing America today is that of credit card debt.

Canceling my American Express credit card was something I had to do as I much as I hated doing it. I was getting out of control with my spending because it was just so easy handing over the card. I was using my card for just about everything, but I soon noticed the debts were mounting. Panic kicked in when I found I could no longer pay the debt.

I actually had to go through a debt refinancing service to get my credit card debt into some kind of shape where I could hope to pay it. It was an awful situation I found myself in. It took some time but the American Express credit card has gone and so has my debt. Most people that have never been in this situation will think I am making excuses blaming the credit card but they are missing something important about people.

When I had to pay with everything in cash, I would know just what I had at any given time. The credit card just made it so easy; you don't even look at the cost. I could spend money like water, and before I knew it, it was all gone. I no longer have an American Express credit card problem!
